Perform movements such as bridging and leaning back with a flat back instead of an articulation.
Upper Body Twisting MovementsMovements Involving Leaning and TwistingIn addition, avoid deadlifts, contact sports, full sit ups, standing hamstring stretch, golf, and any other exercises that cause pain. Avoid flexion based exercises, sitting for an extended period of time, posterior tilt and imprinting pelvis, flexion with rotation, and extension based exercises.
